In Jon Gertner’s article named ”True Innovation”, the author talk about the belief of companies which have some characteristic of creative. He is indicative of various figures by the instance of hazardous company, Bell Labs, and how the features lead Bell Labs to distinguished.

Armoring to the issues, I consider that the method of Bell Lab works is beneficial for a business. The author shows fore different dimensions to debate the necessary to be successful. I have a deeply agree with the point that “Mr. Kelly talked fast and walked fast, but he gave his researchers not only freedom but also time”. It is because that Mr. Kelly let his researchers creating their methods in a peaceful atmosphere. I think that it is useful on business manage. There is no doubt the wonderful atmosphere could make folks having an excellent choice. It is not only important for individuals which can make people improve their confidence but also determine the fate of the whole company. Meanwhile, the more freedom staff have the more prefect the done. The series time have no useful except pressure which lead more mistake.

Furthermore, the freedom is not a way of wasting time. Instead it is an efficiency to finished mission. Imagine, people who stay in an idealizing surrounding will more treasure this condition, so no one wants to be life. That is the reason for that wasting time must not be appeared in this circumstances. It is because that the staff who have no well-done the state will feel ashamed. So we cannot ignore the function of this kind of manage.
